EventQuip Received Two of Three Gala Award Nominations from Special Event Magazine!

We are honored to have received two of the three available nominations for Best Tent Installation for the pinnacle of event awards, the Gala Award from Special Event Magazine.  Two of our most challenging events turned out to be two of our most rewarding efforts:  ”Miracle on Fifth Street” and ”Retro Glow.”

The nominees are chosen by members of the magazine’s Advisory Board from a pool of entries representing event experts based in Canada, China, Denmark, Germany, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Russia, Spain and the United States.

The winner will be named on January 27 at The Special Event in Tampa, Florida.  We, of course, will be there for the gala celebration!

An Award-Winning Tented Corporate Event takes Place at the Bottom of a Rock Quarry

We are often asked to install tents of all shapes and sizes in the oddest places.  In this case, our friends at GEP Philly orchestrated an event that took our tenting skills to the bottom of a rock quarry.  At EventQuip, we certainly love a good challenge and were up to the task of making this corporate event one no one would soon forget!

As it turns out, the event won the award for “Best Corporate or Public Event” at this year’s International Special Event Society’s Liberty Awards!  We were honored to be a part of the celebration!
