• Spring & Fall Offer Optimal Conditions: Clear Top tents allow sunlight to penetrate which creates a “greenhouse effect”. This is a welcome atmosphere for guests, especially on cooler days or evenings. With an average 20 degrees warmer, this same feature can lead to excessive heat inside the tent, during warmer months. To mitigate this, hosting events in the cooler evenings or months is advisable . Additionally, adding side panels and air conditioning can address the heat issue, albeit at an increased cost. Alternatively, covering the panels with tarps until just before the event can help regulate the temperature.
• In colder  temperatures (below 30 degrees Fahrenheit), there’s a risk of the clear panels cracking during or after installation. Additional heating can be arranged at an extra cost to prevent this.
• Best if installed on flat surfaces
• Structure tents are your highest level of weather protection. Tents are considered weather-resistant NOT weather-proof. We recommend building a Checklist for Success including an Evacuation Plan, in case of extreme weather.
